Website enquiries
When you contact ViroGene Diagnostic Industries through this website, we use your name, email address, selected portfolio, subject and message to respond to your enquiry and arrange any follow-up you request. Please include business and product information only; do not send patient details or other sensitive medical information through this form.
How your message is handled
Human Diagnostics, Veterinary Diagnostics and general enquiries go to info@virogene.com. Life Science — RUO enquiries go to order@virogene.com. Messages are handled by the ViroGene team responsible for your enquiry and processed through our website hosting and email services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Essential cookies and technical data
The contact form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicate enquiries. Short-lived submission references, timestamps and message fingerprints are kept in that session; the message text itself is not stored there. The server also uses rate-limit timestamps keyed by a hashed IP address to reduce automated abuse. The form does not store message bodies in a website database. Enquiries sent by email remain in our email system for follow-up; hosting providers may keep technical access logs for operating and securing the service.
Maps and external services
Our contact page includes a Google Maps embed. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and process data under its privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand which website pages are useful and how many enquiries are successfully submitted. We send page information and an enquiry’s portfolio (Human, Veterinary or RUO), but not names, email addresses, message text, subjects or submission references. Search text and query strings are excluded from the page URLs we send. Google processes technical information under its privacy policy. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Analytics is off until you opt in. Open Analytics preferences in the footer and choose Allow analytics to enable it. The settings panel does not appear automatically. You can close it without making a choice and continue using the website and contact form. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to six months. You can change it through Analytics preferences in the footer; declining stops future analytics collection in this browser and removes our Google Analytics cookies. Your browser also temporarily remembers which successfully submitted enquiries have already been counted, to avoid counting the same enquiry twice.

For questions about information you have sent us, or to request a correction or deletion, email info@virogene.com. We will review your request and any information we need to retain for an ongoing enquiry or applicable obligations.
